Are you wanting to form a solid skin regimen now that your 20’s are behind you, but completely lost asking yourself, “What should my skincare routine be?”. If you’re wondering how to take care of your skin in your 30s then watch my video or scroll through the post to get my daily, weekly, and monthly step-by-step anti-aging routine.

No matter if I’m at home or traveling I make sure to stick to a proper skincare routine even more so now that I’m in my 30’s.

But honestly, I have always loved skincare. Some people love makeup but I love skincare. I love having a clean, smooth, and hydrated face as opposed to tons of makeup. Seriously, I love coming home from a long day and going through my skincare process. It’s very relaxing for me.

That said I am excited to be sharing my step-by-step skincare routine with you. The video above is the replay of my Amazon LIVE video. I share an in-depth review of each product.

What Should My Skincare Routine Be?

If you’re like me with combination skin, in your 30’s and looking to solidify a nice anti-aging skincare routine then this post is especially for you.

My only disclaimer: I am not a Dermatologist. If you have serious concerns first and foremost consult with a professional before making any purchases.

Skincare Routine In Your 30s

Below are my simple steps that keep my skin feeling clean, bright, and moisturized. I don’t over-complicate it with dozens of steps. I don’t like to use strong fragrances and I also need something for my oily forehead and dry nose.

Morning Routine

Algenist Liquor Collagen Lip

Sara Happ Lip Scrub

Simple SPF 15 Moisturizer

Image Vital C Serum

I love it as my shield. Vitamin C is known to shield the skin from environmental damage. Fight free radicals and keep your skin bright.

Cle De Pau Softening Cleansing Foam Face Wash

Midday Pick Me Ups

Clarifying Mud Mask

Derma-E Facial Scrub

Fresh Sugar Lip Balm

Nightly Routine

Lip Sleep Mask

Derma-E Hydrating Night Cream

Glo Retinol & Resurfacing Serum

Retinol is over the counter vs. Retina-A which is available as a prescription. Both are a form of retinoids that are said to increase collagen production in the skin making it plump, helps with pigmentation keeping it youthful. It’s also said to help with acne by deep cleaning pores. As we age we lose collagen which is why retinol is so great.

Because they can be strong, some will see dryness and skin sensitivity. I know I have sensitive skin so, for example, this says to use 2-7 times per week. I have sensitive skin so I use this two-3 times per week. When I first got it I did use it more and noticed my skin got a little sensitive, so now I use it max three times a week.

Simple Cleansing Wipes

Weekly Routine

Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin

Facial Toner

No More Baggage

Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E lotion

Supergoop SPF Lip Balm

My final tips are to give love to your hands. Don’t forget to keep those exfoliated and hydrated. As for diet make sure you stay hydrated and eat your fruits and vegetables. You will be glowing for life.
